How can I get medications?

All our doctors are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and are licensed to issue Australian prescriptions.

After your consult, your prescription will be issued electronically. You can present this eScript at any Australian pharmacy for dispensing.

A valid Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) is required to receive an electronic prescription. If you are not an Australian resident and do not have a Medicare card, you must provide your IHI number at the time of booking. Applying only takes a few minutes. Click here to learn more.

What if I need a doctor’s referral or medical certificate?

After the consultation your referral, medical certificate, or other supporting document will be sent to you via email.

Please note that medical certificates are generally limited to a maximum of two days per consultation. If you require extended medical leave or have a more serious condition, the doctor may advise an in-person assessment or ongoing review to ensure you receive appropriate care and documentation.
